Where we ship
Vellora ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.
Orders are picked, packed and shipped from fulfilment centres located within the United States.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates (USA)
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $44.99 or more. Orders under $44.99 are charged a flat $12.00 standard shipping fee.

The exact shipping charge for your order is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are business days after dispatch and do not include the 1 to 2 day processing time.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around delivering to P.O. boxes. For guaranteed delivery, we recommend using a physical street address at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@byvellora.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@byvellora.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We handle these case by case and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
